Presented by the City of Fort Lauderdale Parks & Recreation Department in collaboration with the North Beach Restaurants and Shoppes, the 5th Annual Pre-Labor Day Block Party invites the community to gather along NE 32nd Street, between A1A and 33rd Avenue, in celebration of the unofficial end of summer.
At the heart of the festivities is The Boss Project, a tribute to Bruce Springsteen that delivers timeless energy and a rock-and-roll soundtrack to the street.
The event also features a curated vintage car showcase, always a crowd favorite, along with local vendors and sidewalk tag sales hosted by area boutiques.
Guests are encouraged to meet neighborhood businesses and contribute to a GALT-themed community photo art project designed to capture the spirit of the day.
A streetside food and drink court will feature signature offerings from nearby restaurants and bars, providing a taste of The GALT’s eclectic flavor.
Giveaways and spontaneous moments throughout the evening offer a chance to connect with the neighborhood’s identity, and each other, before the long weekend officially begins.
