The Jimmy Evert Tennis Center, known as the “Home of Champions” and the “Home of Chris Evert,” is one of the nation’s premier municipal tennis facilities.

The City of Fort Lauderdale is thrilled to announce the reopening of the Jimmy Evert Tennis Center at 701 NE 12th Avenue in Holiday Park, following extensive renovations that enhance both the facility and the experience for players with modern upgrades and improved amenities.

The Jimmy Evert Tennis Center underwent the following improvements and enhancements:

• 20 clay courts featuring a state-of-the-art sub-surface irrigation system
• A 700-seat stadium court
• Enhanced LED lighting
• 13 shade structures
• 40 benches
• 3 chilled drinking fountains
• Repainted facility
• Renovated restrooms
• New fencing
• Expanded and improved pathways
• Refreshed landscaping and a new irrigation system

We’re also proud to introduce an online court reservation system and an expanded lineup of clinics and programs for all ages (4+) and skill levels.
